PITTSBURGH, Pa. — From algae to zinc, the teens at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair have done science projects about everything the world has to offer. Now they have arrived here from all over the world to share their science with the public, make friends and exchange ideas.
The event was created by Society for Science & the Public and is sponsored by Intel. It has been bringing young scientists together from around the world for 65 years. This year, more than 1,700 finalists from more than 70 countries have come to show off their projects.
